6 August 2011 Dear Steven We went across today to view the finished works. We stood in the toilet with glasses of bubbly to toast the new look. It is amazing. I remember saying to you at the start , jokingly, what we were looking for was for you to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse and you saying you couldn't promise that but would do your best. Well, you have turned a sow's ear into a silk purse and the result is quite lovely. Graeme and Juliet are full of praise for you and your son and the way you worked to get the finished result. Juliet did mention how straightforward the fitting of the doors was!!!!!! But they do the trick, so well done. We are all thrilled with the end product. Thanks again Margaret (Edinburgh)
30 June 2011 To whom it may concern A great job by a very competent, friendly and diligent team. Steve and Iain were fantastic throughout the installation of our new bathroom. They were willing to work within our budget and have done a very professional job, which included cleaning up at the end of each day to minimise disruption to us. We appreciated the way Steve worked with us to achieve solutions to the inevitable problems which accompany any renovation project, providing us advice to achieve best outcome.
